Chain

...on Tim's new rowing machine, which he took delivery of today.  t's huge!  But it's a very good one and he seems very happy with it.  He also managed to do ten minutes on it and not feel bad, so I think he's definitely on the mend.  I couldn't even face trying ten seconds!

I was off sick again today.  Really fed up with this now - I'm just not feeling any better at all.  Must be patient....
