Heading for Hareshaw Linn

There is a lovely walk from Bellingham up to Hareshaw Linn waterfall. We have had rain, rain and more rain recently, so today seemed a good day to see the waterfall.

After yesterday's solitary walk, I had lots of company today. I was certainly not the only one who had the same idea!

I took this image on the way up. I thought my lens did well since it was handheld.

At the top of the gorge, I reached the Linn itself. It is raging as the water forces its way over. See first extra.

I also liked the view back up, where the water was tumbling in all directions.

I was lucky with the weather again. Tonight, it is very stormy here with wild winds. We expect a little snow.
