A slow day

Thank you for your kind responses to yesterday. Rather short of sleep as I had difficulty in switching off. 

The car needed a service and MOT. I didn’t want to postpone as it needed doing and the garage we use is unusually busy.  Normally I would drop it in Malton and catch the bus back. However they kindly offered to drop me back home as they had a car to pick up in Pickering. They would also pick me up when the car was ready. 

Managed to clean up after yesterday and replenish the First Aid bag. However I was feeling a little worse for wear after all the excitement and very late night. 

Richard looks as though he has done several rounds in a boxing ring and has had a quiet day. Though surprisingly chipper despite the loss of blood.
