Spring soup

By now it would be nice to be eating salads for lunch. But it's so chilly I thought I would make sorrel soup. There is plenty of sorrel growing in the veg garden, and indeed it needed a good pick as it was threatening to go to seed.

Now, here is a challenge for all you blippers - what is the garnish? A prize for the first correct answer!
