this came as a gift - from my beloved sister - you might recall - that i posted a different - small book, one called - the proverbs, back in november - noting it had been - found during an antique - jaunt with my sis - many years ago - well not long after - that she then presented - me with this tiny - package which i opened - to find this adorable - little bible in

it contains 1 verse from each of the - 66 books that make up - the whole of the bible - she never did tell - me where she found it - but we shared - a love for this verse

“he has told you, o man, what is good; and what does the lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your god?” micah 6:8 (esv)

it is, of course - the one used for micah - both this and my book - of proverbs sit together - on a dresser so i can - see them every day - as a reminder of abba’s - great kindness towards me and - also as a reminder - of how much a big - sister adored her little sister - while she was here - sweet memories i can’t - wait to replay with - her in abba’s presence - now that will be…
