Do you wonder why you do it?

Not content with getting wet through on Sunday we have come up to Welney en route to Hunstanton for a posh winter break.
It rained constantly for the trip here and was raining throughout our stay. The upside of the rubbish weather was that the hide was nearly empty and nobody complained when we ate our lunch there.
Surrounding road and fields were flooded but we navigated a drying path through to our hotel.
An hour’s leg stretch along the coast path and back because the rain had stopped and we are now enjoying our second cup of tea.
Posh dinner tonight, wine and stuff! On a Tuesday as well!
