Gone wrong

Again.
This time it nearly incinerated the dinner going from oven at 180 deg C to grill on full power without human intervention.
Luckily the guarantee has another 8 days to go.
Phoned Neff this morning and got an appointment for a service guy on 19th which is a day after the guarantee expires but they are going to accept it is under warranty.
This is the second time in two years and it’s the same fault. The gov got on to Neff again and extended the warranty to four years.
