Messing about in the rain

Today was completely schizophrenic as far as the weather was concerned. We had heavy frost / snow cover this morning, says D who was out at work at 5. Brilliant sunshine, heavy rain, sleet, hailstones, sunshine - etc etc. The other pictures I was choosing from were all of bright sunshine and plants growing along the canal bank!

I wore a thick heavy raincoat and thought I was going mad when the sun split the skies before my Seagull sail. When I came off though, as you nearly see on this picture, it was heavy sleet as we 'parked up' in the marina.

L O N G meeting tonight of the food co-op. so guess what I'll be doing some day very soon! But for now 'tis bed time.
