Please.....

....can anyone tell me the name of this 'flower'?  It came in my Christmas bouquet and I'm just curious.  Horrid wet day and was all I could find to use.  I've also put an extra of my crib....which I intended to use yesterday but completely forgot!!  I like to record it every year. They were my Grandmothers figures and so are very, very old.
