Oh the excitement

A trip to Sainsbury's was as exciting as my day got, today; with the added thrill that the price of fuel has come down a long way from the peak a few weeks ago. It seems best to enjoy these small things, given the state of the nation.

Not exciting but ultimately satisfying, this morning we turned out the medicine cupboard. During our recent peely-walliness it became apparent that it was a bit of a mess and impossible to find anything useful.  How, we asked ourselves, did we have so many out-of-date packets of Lemsip, so many manky Strepsils and so many tubes of Germolene? Anyway, everything has been triaged and disposed of or neatly rearranged, with like items together; one shelf for oral medication and one for topical. The trick now is to stay well and not actually need anything from the cupboard.
