Columbian Press

Spent a happy few hours at Ochre Print Studio in Guildford today experimenting with monoprinting using our Columbian Printing Press. Columbian presses were built between the early 19th and early 20th centuries and it feels good to work with this beautiful machine.

More experimentation is still required on the monoprinting front but I was pleased with my initial output. Photo of two of my prints on the drying rack in the Extras.
