Learning to Remember

I've always struggled to remember the things that I have read in books and it's been a constant cause of frustration to me.

So I thought about the time when I took on board a whole lot of new information (at the start of my Fire Service Career) and the ways in which I managed it.

So with a new way of tackling an old problem, I've decided to read a book, then go over it again and underline the parts that I feel are the salient points, then thirdly, type up the underlined points and hopefully then something may just stick in this old brain of mine!!
