Bruce Forman - Crab Walk

Back from Tokyo, spent an extra night because I missed the last train, but home in Nagoya then straight to Gifu. My wife booked a nice room at an onsen resort and we went all out on the all you can eat fresh crab. Normally I hate crab but seeing the Mrs enjoy is was enough for me. I don’t like crab because it’s a hassle to eat, but then again I wasn’t educated on it. It was so fresh and juicy, it didn’t need ANY additives. It was delicious and a lot of fun to eat once you get the hang of it. Like eating chicken but really refreshing.

I took a very long bath in hot spring water and washed away 2022.
