Most of the day was grey and damp but the sun came out for about 30 minutes so I went into the garden and took a photo of the catkins on the hazel tree. Nice to see them so early in the year.
Had my hair cut and coloured in the morning and then went to the delivery centre to pick up a ‘signed for ‘ letter. Took them about 15 minutes to find it! The very helpful woman who was looking told me the place was in chaos because of all the casual staff they had had in to clear the backlog after the strikes. Went straight to Js to drop off some Christmas decorations I don’t want anymore, and to show him photos of the kittens. It’s a good job they are all spoken for! He’d love another cat but I think his current one wouldn’t be too pleased. She is very needy!
Looked for a new frying pan on the way home- the nonstick coating on mine is starting to come off. Ended up getting one at Homesense- should have gone there first really as they had a huge choice.
