Happy New Year

SUNDAY - NEW YEAR'S DAY - Nottingham

A Happy New Year to all my Blip friends.

We have spent another day with Harriet and George who cooked a fabulous dinner with beetroot roast, Yorkshire Puddings, roast potatoes, parsnips, leeks, carrots and red cabbage with sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

We then spent a couple of hours playing "Theft on the Misissippi" which is about solving a mystery crime. It's really challenging and can only be played once as some of the game materials have to be cut up in order to solve the whodunnit. 

I nipped out to the local Co-op for wine and took this photo of the nearby Derby and Sandiacre Canal.
