Azarole or Glaucous dog-rose?

I was astounded by these bright berries on a walk through the Wallop villages in north-west Hampshire.

The extra is St Andrew's Church, Nether Wallop. Note the large pyramid monumwent by the west door, commemorating Francis and Anne Dowse, who died in 1760 and 1757 respectively.
