Ne'erday
We enjoyed a relaxed Hogmanay watching Missing - the Other Side until 11.30 when we switched over to BBC Alba and their Cèilidh na Bliadhn' Ùire. It was perfect viewing to take us to the bells.
We up to more snow and I wondered whether the Street Party would go ahead but it did thanks to the volunteer who cleared the High Street. We went down to see the start, including the Vale of Atholl Pipe Band. There were a reasonable amount of people there considering the conditions and some hardy souls were even dancing.
I made a smoked salmon and cheese sauce pasta dish for tea tonight - mainly to use up the ingredients as we are depleting the fridge before heading off down south on Wednesday. Thankfully it looks like the worse of the snow and ice will have passed by then.
