Sunshine Girl!

The sun came out in Rio for almost the first time since we arrived two weeks ago!  Here's Dd in Ipanema on this last day of the year - the final sunset will have its focus straight into the sea, to the left of the twin peaks.  Lunch at Vinicius de Moraes in Rua Prudente de Moraes, an old favourite. Then a long walk back along the front of Copacabana, the firework barges already in place ready for tonight's iconic display.
