So near

The deadline to complete the 1000 piece jigsaw we have been working on over the holidays was 11 am this morning when we were all leaving the house to go on our travels. There was still about 20 or so completely white pieces to place when it was time to leave. Another half hour and I think I would have completed it but the last section was very difficult. We set off on our travels again, this time to Lincolnshire where we will stay for a few days before heading off for a final stay with friends and then back to France. The journey was uneventful but it rained all the way.
