Nice sociable day. Caught the bus up to Su’s a coffee and cake kitchen warming. She had worked really hard to get it organised and decorated for Christmas and it looked lovely. There were a couple of people there who I hadn’t seen for about 40 years and then a couple of others who I’d heard lots about but never met. Delicious cakes too! Caught the bus from there into town - had intended to walk but was running late. Met Ju who had come into shop and we went to Delilah’s for lunch. It’s a deli with a kitchen and has been there for ages. Nice to go back. Ju went home and I had a mooch around town. Am thinking about getting an air fryer so had a look at them in JL and Lakeland. Walked through the Exchange Arcade (blipped). It has always been a nice part of town . Years ago there used to be an upmarket food shop/deli and a lovely shop which sold bed linen, towels etc. Now it’s full of very high end clothes shops which no- one seems to go in. Still a very beautiful building though
