Earlingham Rigg

An early multi-terrain run over some lowly fells and I’m getting some mojo back.
I can still run up hill, but the old knees don’t like the downhill bits.
The problem is distraction.
The older I get the more I want to linger on the tops, regardless of the weather.
We are away in the caravan for new year in Northumberland and it really is quite enchanting, whilst lowly in some people’s ambition, it is a wild place to wander .I’ve managed to spring Snipe and Woodcock.. what a thrilling site that was.
