Stormy Skies

The weather continues to be somewhat vindictive here in Bellingham. But it’s very toasty in the caravan .
Local news discusses a rescue of two fell runners trapped overnight at “Yearning Saddle Refuge hut”. In Northumberland ( north of Otterburn).
They’re OK, thanks to three fell walkers who arrived after them and gave them warm food, drinks and extra layers.
Big shout out to a shepherd who aided the rescue team involved.
