Fishing Along the Crow

A big event in Minnesota is the Fishing Opener Weekend. This year some of the northern lakes are still frozen! A nice Sunday evening brought fisherpeople (ladies too), to the Crow River. The evening sun helped make some nice reflections. It is hard to tell that the river is flowing quite rapidly.

Anna came home from Florida today. She had a really good time and is ready to go again. After picking her up at the airport we met Laura and Mustafa at The Good Day Cafe and Bad Night Bar. This was a place I had always wanted to check out, and we enjoyed a very nice lunch. So we had a very nice Mother's Day get-together, but I forgot to take any pictures!
