Smiles

This family were smiling today but they are still in a precarious financial position.  I doubt they sleep on the street but there are many who do; our sense is there are a lot more houseless folk sleeping rough on the pavements than three years ago. The new president will be hoping to make an impact on these numbers but he, himself, is not fully trusted by members of the so-called professional classes I have spoken to recently.  'A criminal!' they say, 'He was the least worse on offer!'  The worst, worst was Bolsonaro, and I am a little shocked that several would have gone for him, as the best of the worst.
