The postie called

We have received far fewer cards this year, so we were delighted to get these this morning. What is interesting is that we have yet to hear from any of the family in the north east coast of Scotland. I look forward to hearing their news when it arrives. 

It has been a wet miserable day, so we’ve not been out for a walk. 

The TV has been on to do some catch-up, the end of the Dolly Parton programme from late last night and the following Kenny Roger’s programme. There was so much more to learn about Dolly’s life and career than I was aware. 

This evening we watched the final Royal Institute Christmas Lecture on BBC4. I’ve enjoyed all 3 programmes, but I found the first one most intriguing. Identifying details of a skeleton !!!! From bones to an image !!! (In extra)
