Christmas dinner

Merry Christmas all. We got up early and took the dogs to the field again for 8am. They had a great time running around searching for the dummies. There were some grey hounds in the next field and Darwin ignored them even when they came running up to the fence barking, amazing what he can do when he is given a job to occupy him. Kilda jumped up to catch her ball at the end and must of landed funny as she yelped and was limping after. Eggs benedict for a late breakfast when we got back and then started on the goose. Timing were out again this year and it didn’t take as long as the recipe said, managed to keep a better eye on it this time and it turned out well and not dry. Nice relaxed Christmas lunch and then an afternoon and evening of TV and jigsaws. Mum watched call the midwife while J and I played a game with J’s dad. Evening turned into a late one as I was trying to find more bits on the jigsaw.
