Raindrops

We lost power here at 7:15 AM, which I knew because my CPAP machine stopped working and I couldn't breathe.  The electricity was out for more than three hours, but fortunately it was a warmer, brighter day today so there was some light, which I supplemented with the little battery powered lanterns I got last year.  The cleaners came later and put the house in somewhat better order, and this evening I found the energy to make that curry soup.  Tomorrow I'll make another pot of chili if my energy level holds up.

It started raining as the day passed into evening and as of a little while ago this is how my window appeared.
