The rain has come

There is flooding everywhere and the rain has not let up all day.  Good news is the ice is all gone.  This photo is on Interstate 5, which is a major freeway  up and down the west coast.  The far right lane is not passable.  We are headed into Portland tonight for the concert that was cancelled last Thursday when the ice storm came.
