Newhaven harbour

Walked down to Newhaven then around the harbour in the afternoon sun. SW wind, 9C. We did get rained on setting out, but it went off after we emerged onto the Trinity path. No 16 bus back. 

Put air in bike tires in the morning, and took the Gary Fischer bike  out for my first ride on cobblestones for several decades. It has wide tires and suspension, but cobbles are going to take getting used to. Charged my ebike, so taking it out might be the next thing. Going to have to learn when and where traffic is quiet (and to cycle on the left again ).
