Day 2 of Spreading Some Christmas Spirit

Merry Christmas Blip Land! It is 10:28 pm and I am beat so this will be quick. We took our mother to 9:00 am Mass at her church. Then we (my sister, BIL, hubby and I) watched her open gifts from Jamie’s family and us. As soon as she opened the warm and soft pjs from Jamie, she put them on. We brought down lunch and some of Skylar’s birthday cake and feasted. Then we headed home. I immediately came to Kristen’s since I have doggie duty. Hubby spent time with the kitties; Millie has regained a bit of her strength, let’s hope she gets completely better. We went to Kim’s for Christmas dinner and to watch them open my stocking gifts. They had a blast. Hubby, sister and BIL went home and I am back with these three monster pups. I am waiting for a pumpkin dump cake to come out of the oven for lunch at our mother’s after my cousin’s Mass tomorrow. Another busy day. Hoping to be asleep soon! Sending wishes that your Christmas celebrations were as wonderful as ours. Kristen’s family got to New Orleans with only a few hiccups. God is Good! Thanks for all your greetings. “Christmas! The very word brings joy to our hearts. No matter how we may dread the rush, the long Christmas lists for gifts and cards to be bought and given. When Christmas Day comes there is still the same warm feeling we had as children, the same warmth that enfolds our hearts and our homes.” -
