Madame, your hat is magnificent

It was the big Belle Epoque celebration today. There was a vide grenier all through the village and I managed to find a keyboard and stand for Mrs TT to do her organ practice on. In the afternoon there were music, games and stalls in the park. The main event was a pageant on the steps of the Casino enacting the arrival of the gentry at the Masked Ball. The women chose their hats, Madame le Maire gave a commentary, the clowns entertained and the vintage cars rolled up with princes, pashas and maharajas. It was a fun day.
