Today’s great discovery
If you make a trifle in a lasagne dish
a) the boudoir fingers fit better
b) there is an equal distribution of layers in every portion.
c) rhubarb gin and orange juice is a good soaking liquid.
I pandered to M who is a ‘Jelly In trifle’ person ( I’m not!)
( Afraid it’s unseasonal fruit, but there was strawberries and raspberries and no onions or chipolatas)
