Memories

We met friends for dinner in a pub I had not visited in 20 years.  This pub (The Recruiting Sergeant) is close to the ex RAF base at Coltishall and I had my farewell do here when I left Colt in 2002.  

This Tornado print was screwed to the wall and was presented to the pub by members of 12 Squadron, RAF Lossiemouth.  Not sure how or why as Coltishall had no connection with the Tornado, it being home to the RAF Jaguar force when I was there. Both types have since been consigned to the history books! 

We had a great time with our friends and the pub's atmosphere was great and the meal was excellent. We will return..........sooner than the 20 years it took last time!
