Klosterreichenbach

This was the view from my friend’s home. Apparently it was -8C outside when we got up, and -11C in the village… we had a late, leisurely hearty German breakfast then drove to Baden Baden. It was a really nice drive through the Black Forest with a short stop off in Momensee to see a small lake which had frozen over. There was also a great view over the forest. The wind chill factor was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Baden Baden and the Christmas Markets were really pretty. I’d love to go back to experience the waters. Then we had a nice drive back and enjoyed Gluhwein and cake. We had a rest, then dinner. A nice day.
