Mourning doves at Shubie Park this morning. I got out for a short walk before the rain started this morning. It is now a wet and windy afternoon. I am hoping that the power stays on.  I just went out to put the compost bin in the garage, I heard it blow over.

The ex-roommate tried to call me at 7:25 this morning, but it was from the number I had blocked. Then he started texting me from another number. He was telling me that I should expect to have problems with my stove, fridge and vehicle if I don't send him $200 which would cover the 9 days that he had paid for but didn't get to stay here. I told him that sounds like a threat and I would be taking it to the police. Unfortunately the police line has been ringing busy all day. I did get put on hold once and sat there on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. I may have to wait till Tuesday and go into the office to file a report.
The lock has been changed, so I know he has no way to get into the house, short of breaking in.
