Early bird, early sun

Went for a run to Portobello this morning in the beautiful sunshine. Home by 9.30am and looked out to see rain by 10.30am. I am so glad I got up early to have a warm sunny start to the day. I now know why they say 'early bird catches the worm' but in today's case it was catches the rays.
