Ice

An unexpected outing for me this morning, to the doc! -8°C when I set off on the walk there at 9.30am, -5°C when I got home at 11, and still only -3°C when I gave the birds their second feed of the day at 2.30pm.

Have run myself beyond ragged today getting everything ready for the arrival of my brother tomorrow.  With his arrival, I FINALLY have the chance to get away for a couple of days on Monday. But... I’m now on a 7 day course of antibiotics, the friend I was due to visit is in bed with a nasty virus, and her daughter was sent home from work unwell today. Decision to be made Sunday...
