Il Divo

Another bitterly cold day. Volunteering this morning and we all had to defrost on arrival at the shop!
My sister and brother-in-law arrived early afternoon and then me and sis caught the bus into Edinburgh. Much warmer there than in Peebles. She treated me to a very tasty Italian meal at L’Artigiano in Fountainbridge. This was our third attempt to see Il Divo (my sister’s a big fan and it was a 60th birthday pressie) as their concert should have taken place in December 2020! It was a very slick affair and the singing was very powerful. Bus back to Penicuik where Mr P picked us up. Late night.
