Cold

I am not a winter person and look back wistfully to those hot summer days.  However today we spent an hour blitzing the house and I warmed up whilst hoovering.  We had planned to drive to Faversham for the monthly Antique market which was combined with Christmas stalls and gifts.  It was cold and foggy but there was  Christmas cheer in the high street with carol singers and donkeys.  We bought a few gifts and had a hot chocolate before driving home .  Called into see MIL for quick  visit then home to light the fire and watch TV - lots of sitting around but I suppose that’s the time of year?
