Last Crown Prince

I only harvested 2 Crown Prince pumpkins this year but they were both huge. I've hardly made a dent into this whopper and have soup for 2 weeks!

And I roasted the seeds. I love Crown Prince seeds, they're big and very tasty with smoked oil and hot spices, or syrup and cinnamon.

I treated myself and bought a pumpkin recipe book as I often have a lot more squashes and pumpkins than recipe ideas!
