Kilmichael Glen

Thank you very much for all the stars for yesterdays pic, I did enjoy the day.

Today was very wet but I tried to get out for a while anyway. This is a view looking down Kilmichael glen from an old fank on the hill, I have had my eye on this viewpoint for a while and it will be great higher up on a clear day because I think you can see out to the paps of Jura, Islay and Scarba. Today however was misty and visability not so good.

I returned to the car via one of the old drove roads that used to run to the tryst at the bottom of Kilmichael glen. This was the market where the west coast cattle were sold and then walked the drove roads to the central belt or further south.
