There's Gnome Place Like Home!

Gnomes are a gregarious lot and when they acquired this smart multi storey residence as many of them that could cram in, did so.  It is rumoured that this building is owned by the Immigration Service and these poor gnomes are due for deportation, though it's difficult to know where they have come from, but never fear, they have plans for gainful employment in the many gardens of England, once they grow a little taller.  Christmas is the main gnome spotting season if one wants to see them in droves.
