Packwood House

We met John and Jennie at Packwood House, the National Trust property near Solihull.  The car park was pretty full but we found a table in the cafe where we had lunch and a drink.  After lunch we had a look round the house which had been decked out for Christmas.  I've put a collage of some of the trees in the house in the extras.

When we left the house we took a walk in the grounds, avoiding the very muddy parts.  This is a view looking back towards the place.

We finished off a very pleasant day with another cuppa in the cafe and a look round the shop.
