seascape!

fabulous day with Anne - clydeborn- on our first day. Heading for Seashouses on the Northumbrian Coast, our first stop was Holy Island - or Lindisfarne - for a quick lunch and a recce before we had to get back across the causeway before the tide came in. A quick drive through Bamburgh then stopped along the road just before Seahouses and headed down to the beach, with the aim of trying to find the perfect spot for some sunset shots. We walked for about an hour before realising that to get a shot of the castle with the bay in front we were at the wrong side of the castle.

Arrived at our very comfy B&B at 4.30, went for a wander and fish and chips and are just about to head back out for a sunny sunset. Already hard to choose a blip, but liked this one of the sea and rocks. will probably put some more on flickr at the end of the weekend.
