Inspired by a school visit.
Class four from Heron Hill school spent the day at the Quaker tapestry museum learning about John Dalton, the famous scientist.
At the end of a busy day of group activities the students were asked to draw a design for a tapestry panel illustrating John Dalton’s work on weather and climate. This one especially appealed to me.
I was very impressed with the knowledge, behaviour and empathy of the students. Well done, Heron Hill school and the Quaker Tapestry.
