Ice Sticks

Patterns in the ice forming on the lake, I think from ash seed pods which were floating on the water before freezing. I searched in vain for a contrasting element, but even so, I though it worth making an image of.

A podcast today cautioned against publishing an image too soon, not having had the marinating time to discover what else it might represent. To see past the subject to find a deeper meaning. Doesn't bode well for blipping.
