Menorcan Wildflowers

A frustrating morning with the sun resolutely hiding behind a bank of clouds to the east. I again joined up with the Cami de Cavall (Way of the Horses) a circular route around the coast of Menorca. This path runs for 116 miles and was originally built to connect the watchtowers dotted along the coast.........more.

While exploring I came across another wildflower meadow and tried to take advantage of the benign conditions. Pity my macro lens was left behind in the UK. I've not done a close up with an extreme wide angle zoom before.
