Porthmeor Beach

We headed to Cornwall this morning a fairly straightforward journey this time of year.  After an interesting! journey through the narrow backstreets of St Ives we eventually found our destination, a very nice house with lovely views across Porthmeor Beach and beyond.  We met up with our friends and went for a quick walk to the beach just as the sun was beginning to set.

It was my friends birthday yesterday and we celebrated today with a lovely meal and birthday cake.  A short walk is planned for tomorrow.
