Frosty

It was a cold frosty start to the day but the sun quickly melted the frost.  I headed off to the gym for a sprint cycle class which was pretty cold at first as we have the door open.  Then it was back home for coffee returning later for Pilates.  

Its been a lovely cold but sunny day and I even managed to find time to plant a row of garlic in the allotment.  Sourdough was made along with a chocolate cake to take to our friends tomorrow, its her special birthday today.

I posted this blip of a frosty leaf in the garden as its so unusual to have frost around here.  I was torn between this one and one of a beautiful cloud formation over the hills from later in the afternoon.
