Setback Day

I didn't think I'd done much yesterday but I'm having a flare up today, so spent most of the day on the settee doing nothing.

Evie went back home. Neil took her back - I was wanting to see her new flat but it will have to wait.

I'm a bit disappointed as only yesterday I was saying that the particular queasy feeling post-covid had gone. I spoke too soon. 

Let's hope tomorrow is better.
